Job DescriptionAbout the role:
nThe Senior Lead - Security Command Centre is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), while driving the implementation of processes, customer expectation; aligned with information security standards. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering technical security services, ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and continuous improvement of security technologies across the organization.
nRole and Responsibilities:
nCommand Centre Operations

- Lead and supervise 24x7 Security Command Centre operations across assigned locations.n
- Ensure continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of electronic security systems and integrated platforms.n

nTechnical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
n

- Collaborate closely with Projects (ICT), Corporate Technology, Networking, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on technical security initiatives.n
- Coordinate with vendors, territory physical security leads,



and building teams for issue resolution and operational support.n
- Lead discussions with members (customers) related to security systems, custom security projects, and audits in coordination with Sales and Account Management teams.n

nSecurity Systems & Technology Management

- Support implementation of current security technologies, integrations, and automation initiatives.n
- Ensure operational health, uptime, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of security systems.n
- Oversee repair and maintenance programs for electronic security systems.n
- Conduct business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) testing for security systems and associated infrastructure.n

nCompliance, Risk & Governance
