Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested leads
- Coordinate with the team for daily targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
