Role Overview:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Civil) with experience in real estate and building construction to manage daily site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work
- Coordinate with contractors and labor teams
- Ensure work follows drawings and quality standards
- Monitor materials, safety, and daily progress

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in building or real estate construction
- Ability to manage site execution and coordination

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
