We are seeking a poised, personable, and highly professional Guest Service / Guest Relations Associate(female) to join our team, a dining establishment known for its impeccable service and exceptional cuisine. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and sophisticated first impression
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and proactively communicate estimated wait times to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency
- Coordinate with hosts, servers, management,
and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support administrative and front-of-house tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished appearance and professional demeanour
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College Degree is a plus.
