About the Role:
As a Program Executive of the region, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and implementing program. Your responsibilities will include executing program smoothly and efficiently, gathering valuable data, insights, and regular reporting. You'll have the opportunity to monitor and evaluate program progress through various methodologies.
Along with the said responsibilities, you will also be taking care of:
1. Be the face of Desai Foundation Trust for the State and ensure communication to all
stakeholders (local NGO partners, Government officials, village leaders, media persons etc)
on its behalf.
2. Maintain and strengthen partnership with our Ngo partners while maintaining program
quality of DFT.
3. Directing and guiding local Field officers (Heroes and Sanginis) on project execution, targets and completion strategy.
4. Handle all the project communication/ meetings and reporting with the program the
program Manager.
5. Maintain proper project reporting and documentation.
6.
Remain active and address project challenges as and when it arrives.
7. Ensure program execution and reporting is done as per the plan.
8. Coordinate with various stakeholders of the project and keep up to date with the
developments from the field.
Above listed duties are relevant to your role but are not exclusive to the role. You might be
required to perform some other project related duties as well.

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years (freshers may also apply

Salary Expectation - best in the industry ( negotiable as per the experience)
Language Preference: Marathi & Hindi(preferred) and English
