Drive regional sales growth through distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Develop and manage the channel network to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Appoint, train, and motivate distributors and sales teams for better performance.
- Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and collections across the region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand in kids wear.
- Build solid relationships with key channel partners to improve brand visibility.
Requirements:
- 13 - 15 Years of Experience as RSM in Kids Wear Industry (Only):
- Currently doing business of 2Cr
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
