Maintenance of gardens, New development, monitoring garden activities etc, beautification of gardens through flower plants, plant shaping etc. Play equipment maintenance etc.

Job Deliverables:
1. Take round of whole property during the scheduled visit day and note the observations

of the works to be done and instruct the site team for the same & check the progress &
quality of completed works

2. Mail coordination with Property Managers, HOD, Association and replying to garden

maintenance related queries of individual clients and Association.

3. Inspection of irrigation system & ensure that Irrigation automation system is in working

condition.

4. Checking the stock of consumables & tools and Working out the quantities to be

purchased, and get the approval for procurement & PO released

Skills Required

1. Knowledge of Irrigation automation system. 2. Knowledge of contemporary composting/ waste recycling methods to meet the statutory by-laws. 3.

Qualification B.Sc. /M.Sc - Horti / Agri.
