We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team for credit card sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of various credit card products, and persuading them to apply. A fixed salary is offered with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines during calls.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Language: Proficiency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - customize as per requirement].
