Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
- Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are met
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Enforce safety rules, policies, and procedures on the production floor
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment problems
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and labor
