Overview:
Duties
- Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Handle tax preparation and filing processes.
- Adapt accounting practices to suit various industries within our business portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and technical accounting skills.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.




- Ability to manage accounting tasks for multiple businesses simultaneously.

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
- US accounting: 5 years (required)
- Transportation Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- Construction Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- Tax Preparation (filing, 1099s, W-2s): 1 year
