Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Modify and revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.
- Prepare drawings as per local building bylaws and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Support site team with drawings and clarifications when required.
- Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and real estate projects.
- Understanding of building plans,



sections, and detailing.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of 3D tools like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Site coordination experience.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
