The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail,

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure on-time delivery of products/services. Address any order-related issues and provide resolution as needed.

Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Communicate order status, shipment details, and any relevant updates to customers. Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
