Job Summary:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising field staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and meeting assigned targets. The role involves monitoring performance, reporting activities, and coordinating between field teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field staff on a daily basis
- Assign work and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Conduct field visits and inspections
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to management
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Resolve field-level issues and provide support to staff
- Coordinate with the office team for smooth operations

Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role is an advantage
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
