We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our manufacturing company's creative team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create visual designs for packaging, advertising, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand's message.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual designs for packaging, advertising, and marketing materials that align with our brand's message and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand their design needs and ensure that all materials are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver design presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.




- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
- Familiarity with production processes, including printing and packaging, is a plus.
