1. Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge
- Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training plus experience/knowledge of Civil Construction practice is required
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry with minimum 1 year direct BIM/VDC responsibilities is required
- Experience in architecture modelling and documentation is require. Interior fit out background added advantage
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad is required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, and Microsoft Office is required

Task description
Ø Content-related, qualitative and system-technical analyzes of BIM models
Ø BIM modeling & creation of various BIM contents
Ø Further development of model content within all levels (LOD / LOI)
Ø Implementation of 2D system details & information in BIM models based on the constructive and building physics solutions, developed by the company
Ø Conducting clash detection checks and implementing the clash resolution decisions on BIM models
Ø Preparation of design drawings, installation drawings and design specifications in BIM (Revit)
Ø Creation and development of working documentation in BIM models and CDE environment
Ø Supporting the project execution team and serving as a technical manager. The roles and responsibility not limited
