Job Summary:
Diarch Go is hiring a Dark Store Assistant Manager to support daily dark store operations, manage staff, handle inventory, and ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment in our quick commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse/dark store operations
- Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Manage staff shifts and productivity
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and FIFO
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with delivery and central operations teams
- Prepare daily reports and handle order issues

Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
- 1-3 years experience in warehouse, retail, or quick commerce
- Valuable leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
- Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred:
Experience in e-commerce, dark store, retail, or hyperlocal delivery operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
