Role & responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle counter sales and assist in store operations
- Receive, organize, and perform QC checks on inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions
- Offer advice on jewelry care and maintenance
- 05 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in jewelry, gold sales, or luxury retail)
- Strong communication, convincing, and selling skills
- Knowledge of marketing and customer handling
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
