Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated AI/ML Interns to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have a solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience with ML projects. As an intern, you will work alongside our AI specialists on real-world projects, gain exposure to production-level ML systems, and contribute to meaningful work in drug discovery.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models for various prediction tasks
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis on diverse datasets
- Collaborate with senior AI engineers to prototype and iterate on model architectures
- Conduct literature reviews and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques from recent publications
- Help prepare visualisations, reports, and presentations to communicate model results and insights

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,



Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Robust understanding of core ML fundamentals: supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation metrics, bias-variance tradeoff, and cross-validation
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 ML projects (academic, personal, or competition-based such as Kaggle)
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML/data science libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
- Basic understanding of deep learning concepts including neural networks, CNNs, and RNNs
- Experience using Jupyter Notebooks or similar interactive development environments
- Ability to explain ML concepts and model outputs clearly, both verbally and in writing

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub
