ATLEAST CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN NPD:
- Generating Fresh Recipe and Product Ideas keeping in mind their physical, chemical and biological properties
- Formulate product refinements based on sensory testing and consumer data.
- Adapting and Enhancing Current Recipes both in terms of their nutritional profile and shelf life
- Ensure quality and safety of food products, finding substitutes for harmful ingredients
- Refine recipe formulation for mass production purposes
- Evaluate products’ characteristics and shelf life for implications on quality Document and summarize experimental data for review
- Ensuring that strict hygiene standards are met and ensuring that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management




- Keeping an Eye on the use of Additives, Testing and Analyzing Samples, and Writing Reports
- Collaborate with food production staff for quality, safety, labelling, production, handling, and distribution of food products
- Research products, markets, and technology to improve existing brand/product offering
- Develop specifications for product production labelling
- Compile cost analysis information
- Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth start-up for recent product production processes

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
