Reviewing market stock and proposing adjustment (considering existing constraint) to production plan to ensure inventory at the optimum level
- Revision of short-term production plan to ensure capacity utilization as per agreed targets
- Communication with markets to share capacity constrains related to production plan & highlight supply risks
- Identify and highlight risk related to execution of production plan due to capacity constraints
- Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs Actuals) via collaboration calls with factories
- Maintaining capacity inputs per site (production centre)
- Preparation of various reports related to Capacity utilization, plan adherence & forward-looking Capacity availability
- Support category planner in preparation of long-term production plan for assigned production lines

Primary Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills (including very advanced excel and power BI)
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills

Secondary Skills:
- Positive communication skills - Spoken & written English
- Quick learning ability
