Role: UI/UX Designer

Experience Level: 4 years

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

Develop user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate intuitive navigation and task flows.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and business requirements.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.

Maintain design consistency and follow established brand guidelines across multiple platforms and devices.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools,



and technologies in the UI/UX field and share knowledge with the team.

Advocate for the user by championing usability and accessibility principles throughout the design process.

Work in an agile setting, contributing to sprint planning, design reviews, and product demos.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.

Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user flows.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to fa
