Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable training programs
- Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, certifications, scholarships, and career benefits:
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely enrollment conversions:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and enrollments
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in college visits, webinars, and orientation sessions:
- Achieve assigned enrollment and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to convince, counsel, and build trust with students
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based goals:
- Basic knowledge of IT / skill-based training programs is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
- Student-focused and career-oriented mindset
- Energetic, confident, and result-driven
- Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment
