ob Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product offerings (e.g., solar inverters).
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain daily call logs and reporting.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).
- Polite, confident, and convincing personality.
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
