Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstration: Clearly describe and demonstrate our range of products (Building materials, Playground equipment, Gym equipment, and Indoor game equipment) to potential customers.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand the specific requirements of clients and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Field Marketing: Actively visit sites and potential customers to market products and generate leads.
- Sales Conversion: Use strong convincing skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Documentation: Maintain clear writing standards for orders and client communications.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Field Sales (B2C experience is highly preferred).
- Language Proficiency:



Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati (Speaking); Positive command of English (Written).

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation power.
- Ability to work independently in the field.

Schedule
- Day shift
- 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
