Job Title: Telecaller - Education Institute (IIT / NEET)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding IIT-JEE & NEET courses.
- Handle inbound calls and answer course, fee, and admission-related queries.
- Generate leads and schedule counseling appointments.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain calling data, follow-up records, and daily reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred).
- Experience in telecalling or education sales preferred.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0-3 years (freshers can apply).
- Comfortable with targets and phone-based interaction.
