Position: Safety Officer - MEP
Project: Thoth Mall (Commercial Project)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety policies for MEP activities:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and company safety standards
- Identify hazards, carry out risk assessments, and ensure corrective/preventive actions
- Monitor safe work practices for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by all site personnel
- Maintain safety records, permits, incident & near-miss reports
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Any discipline)
- Safety Certification:NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred)

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Safety Officer in MEP / Construction projects:




- Experience in commercial or mall projects preferred

Languages
- English & Hindi (mandatory)
