Job Title: Freight Broker

Key Responsibilities
- Source and book freight loads efficiently
- Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
- Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers
- Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Freight Broker:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of U.S. freight market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills
- Existing carrier network
- Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
