CHRO East Coast

- Position Overview:_

Cairn Oil and Gas seeks an experienced CHRO - East coast to lead IR and Stakeholder Management for their RAVVA site in Andhra Pradesh. This role involves overseeing industrial relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including local communities and regulatory bodies.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage union negotiations, labour disputes, and labour grievances.
- Develop strategies to minimize industrial disputes and ensure smooth site operations.
- Work with HR and operations to handle wage disputes and contractor relations.
- Handle legal issues, including litigation and compliance violations, to protect the company’s interest.
- Partner closely with SBU & HR Leadership to drive strategicHR agenda on broader people philosophy and practices.




- Develop right organization design and leadership, talent discovery, productivity enhancement, employee engagement, business partner management and end-to-end contracting, job rotation.
- Implement the VSAP and AO requirements, manage E-Enforcement tool, compliance reporting for operations units in fair and transparent manner, upkeeping the statutory documents and filling the returns appropriately on time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 12 years of experience with minimum 8 years of experience in industrial relations, HR, or stakeholder management, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, HSE regulations, and environmental compliance, with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
