We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Corporate Actions SME

In this role, you will:
- Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by processing the customer instruction and resolving their queries.
- Responsible for achieving individual targets whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
- Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to,



and completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.
- Work independently, complete assigned tasks accurately within the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Demonstrate ways to improve customer service/journey and increase productivity (efficiency & Quality).
- Ensure that the process related procedures are implemented as per the process manuals.
- Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and implemented.
- Conduct in depth research to resolve discrepancies to satisfy all parties and within established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Independently Reply and attend to enquiries/feedback for internal/external clients.
- Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures and established guidelines of the FIM and procedures.
- Represent the bank in a professional manner whilst following up with various stakeholders.
- Ensure all enquiries are handled appropriately within
