Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door visits, cold

calls, in-person presentations, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Understand customer needs, qualify prospects, and build long-term, productive client relationships.
- Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Research potential accounts and follow up on sales leads.
- Attend meetings, sales events, exhibitions,



and training sessions to stay updated with the

latest market trends and product developments.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback using data-driven insights and CRM tools.
- Maintain and grow the customer database within the assigned territory.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of various sales techniques and customer engagement methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent is preferred.
