Blue Global Technology (BGT) is a growing digital marketing agency looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to help us onboard new clients and grow our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, closing deals, and earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, enquiries)
- Pitch digital marketing services:
- Social Media Marketing & Reels
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO & Google Business Profile
- Website & Landing Pages
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Maintain lead data in CRM / Google Sheets:
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth client handover

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
- Confidence in talking to business owners
- Willingness to learn digital marketing services
- Ability to work with monthly sales targets

Education:



Any graduate / undergraduate
Experience:
- 0-1 years (Freshers can apply)
- Sales / telecalling experience is a plus

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Incentives: 5% - 12% commission on every deal*
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Fast growth opportunity to Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager

There is no limit on earnings for high performers.

Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Job Location: Tarsali - Vadodara (On-site)
