Key Responsibilities

Field Visits: Perform daily in-person visits to customers to collect payments of overdue amount.

Negotiation & Collection: Negotiate repayment schedules and follow up on promises to pay (PTP).

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate, real-time records of visits, collections, and customer interactions in the system.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to RBI-compliant recovery norms and company policies, avoiding any unethical collection practices.

Reporting: Submit daily activity reports to supervisors regarding collection progress, customer feedback, and potential fraud or absconding cases.

Resolution: Resolve customer disputes regarding payments or billings to facilitate faster recovery.

Resolution Targets & KPIs

Monthly Collection Target: Achieve 100% of the assigned monthly recovery target for the portfolio.

Roll Rate Control: Minimize the number of accounts moving from earlier buckets (e.g., 30+ DPD) to later buckets (90+ DPD).

Daily Visit Target: Complete the target of minimum 5 visits per day.

Turnaround Time (TAT):



Ensure immediate follow-up and closure on assigned cases within the specified TAT.

Requirements:
Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own, reliable two-wheeler for extensive travel.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
