Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Administration:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the school, including academics, administration, and extracurricular activities.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures in line with CBSE norms and guidelines.
- Lead and mentor teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.

2. Academic Excellence:
- Ensure the effective delivery of the CBSE curriculum, particularly in Mathematics and Science.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies, lesson plans, and student performance.
- Promote the use of innovative teaching techniques and modern educational tools.

3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Organize regular professional development programs for teachers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.

4. Student Development:
- Maintain high academic and disciplinary standards for students.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.




- Support and guide students for board exams and competitive exams.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build solid relationships with parents, students, and staff to foster trust and collaboration.
- Represent the school at various forums and build the school’s reputation in the community.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

- Prepare and present reports to the management on academic and operational progress.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics/Science or related fields with a B.Ed/M.Ed qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, including 5 years in a leadership/administrative role in a CBSE school.
- Proven track record of academic leadership and operational excellence.
