JD for Content Moderation and Trust and Safety /CSAM specialist role

Exp required - 1-3 Years (You can also share few MBA Freshers), Excellent communication skills since this is client facing role

Shift Timings
- 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Home drop will be provided)

Night shift allowances (200 Rs per day)

CSAM Specialist

Review flagged content to identify and remove CSAM and other illegal material in compliance with company guidelines and policies.

Collaborate with the EO and Member Trust Team to report and handle CSAM cases and improve detection and prevention systems.

Stay updated on Ancestry Terms & Conditions and the company guidelines and policies related to other types of privacy questions.

Provide feedback to the Internal Team to enhance the effectiveness of moderation practices.

Provide detailed and accurate reports to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications:




2+ years of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, law enforcement, or a related area.

Familiarity with CSAM detection tools such as AWS Rekognition, Microsoft PhotoDNA, or Thorn is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and empathetically.

Ability to handle other privacy-related tasks following appropriate training and guidance in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A person who is willing to learn current things.

Attentive to details.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
