Program Structure:
Orientation:
- Overview of the company’s mission, values, and business.
- HR induction with focus on health and safety, IT systems, and ethics training.

Departmental focused training:
- Training on specific tools and technologies used in the company.
- Focuses on the fundamentals of industry

Stretch Assignments -

Site Induction (1st and 2nd month):
- Introduction to real-world energy projects with in office experience.

Mentoring and Feedback (Throughout the Program):
- Each GET is assigned a mentor who provides continuous guidance and support.
- Regular feedback sessions to discuss performance and address any challenges.
