We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Position: Civil Supervisor
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Location: Samastipur ( Bihar)
Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor labor productivity and maintain discipline at the site
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers
- Check levels, measurements, and quality of workmanship
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records
- Ensure safety practices are followed at all times




- Report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Civil or relevant field
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
- Basic knowledge of measurements and documentation
- Strong supervision and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
