Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field work, calls, references, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct property site visits with clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Maintain updated property listings and client database
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and agreement processes
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up regularly with prospective buyers
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate market
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
