Position: Speech Therapist
Qualification: BASLP / MASLP
Experience: 2-5 Years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct regular therapy sessions and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and case notes.
- Counsel parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and therapists when required.
- Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and internal meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sound clinical knowledge in speech and language disorders.




- Ability to handle pediatric and/or adult cases independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Preferred Traits:
- Experience in pediatric therapy, autism, or school-based therapy is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational protocols.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
