We’re Hiring: Initiator (Educator) - Mahatma Gandhi International School, Jaipur

MGIS Jaipur is looking for a dynamic Initiator—not a conventional teacher.

This role is for educators who take ownership, think independently, and create learning instead of waiting for instructions. If you believe children learn best through curiosity, exploration, and meaningful experiences, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:
- Design and facilitate hands-on, inquiry-driven learning experiences
- Observe children closely and plan based on their interests and needs




- Create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment
- Work closely with the team to co-create meaningful learning journeys

- Those looking for rigid lesson plans
- Educators who rely only on textbooks and worksheets
- People uncomfortable with reflection and feedback
