Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / virtual interviews:
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and timelines
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
- Ensure closure of positions within TAT:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Indeed and other job portals:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously:
- Good knowledge of hiring processes and interview techniques
- Target-oriented and self-motivated





Preferred Skills
- Experience in consultancy hiring
- Bulk hiring / lateral hiring exposure
- Client handling experience
