The Fly Ash Brick Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining fly ash brick manufacturing machines to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production as per plant standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate fly ash brick making machines, hydraulic press, mixers, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Ensure correct proportioning and feeding of fly ash, cement, sand, and additives.
- Monitor machine parameters such as pressure, vibration, cycle time, and output quality.
- Perform routine start-up, shutdown, and changeover of machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical faults during operation.
- Ensure uniform size, shape, and strength of bricks as per quality standards.
- Carry out basic preventive maintenance and lubrication of machines.
- Maintain daily production logs, breakdown records, and material consumption data.




- Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and shift supervisors for smooth operations.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in operating fly ash brick machines.
- Experience in hydraulic systems, motors, gearboxes, and basic mechanical repairs preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
