Key Responsibilities
- Bar Preparation & Maintenance: Stocking the bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, and glassware; preparing fruit garnishes and mixers.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and clearing trash.
- Service Support: Assisting bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, especially during high-volume periods.
- Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking drink orders, and providing recommendations.
- Operations & Logistics: Assisting with inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service policies.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15.00 - ₹20.00 per month
