Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily O&M; site operations as per contract scope
- Supervise supervisors, operators, technicians, and helpers
- Ensure smooth shift deployment and attendance management
- Coordinate with SECL site officials for daily work activities
- Ensure DGMS safety norms and statutory compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Prepare daily / weekly site reports
- Support measurement, certification, and billing activities
Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mining
Experience Required
- 5-10 years of experience as incharge in mining/power/heavy industry O&M;
- Open-cast mine experience preferred
- Experience in SECL / CIL / PSU projects will be an added advantage
Age Limit
Skills Required
- Strong site coordination and leadership
- Knowledge of O&M; contract execution
- Basic understanding of DGMS safety rules
- Ability to handle manpower and client coordination
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹45,000-₹75,000 per month (CTC)
