Job Summary
- Perform in-process and final inspection of machined cold forged components.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, threads, and surface finish as per drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Height gauge, Thread gauge, and Profile projector.
- Record inspection data and maintain quality reports.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in machining / cold forging industry preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
