Grey Ink Studio is looking for a Project Architect - Residential to independently handle high end residential projects from design development to site execution, while coordinating with consultants and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end residential projects (villas, apartments, builder floors)
- Develop concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings:
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct client meetings and design presentations
- Ensure design intent and quality during execution
- Review shop drawings, material selections, and site progress
- Manage timelines in coordination with the project manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 3-6 years of relevant residential project experience
- Strong planning and detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape:
- Valuable understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution
- Ability to handle projects independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-end residential interiors
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Exposure to site supervision and execution drawings
