Job Title: Key Account Manager - Logistics

Location: Gurugram (Sector 65)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key client accounts within the logistics business
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions
- Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare MIS reports, account reviews, and performance updates for clients
- Ensure timely contract renewals and adherence to SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Servicing (Logistics preferred)
- Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree required
