We serve the JCB, truck, excavator, and industrial machinery ecosystem with precision-engineered parts and are now scaling aggressively across India.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Rock Tear Parts, you will be responsible for driving revenue in assigned territories or channels by building and managing a network of dealers, workshops, fleet owners, traders, and industrial buyers.



You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship-building to quotation, negotiation, and closure.

This role is for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven setting and want to build real commercial value on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of auto and heavy machinery spare parts
- Identify and onboard dealers, workshops, fleet operators, and traders
- Conduct sales via calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and digital channels (as per role)
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders
- Build repeat business and long-term trade relationships
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and customer database
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and accounts for smooth execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally in the market
- Experience in auto spare parts, industrial products, or machinery sales preferred
