Certification as a Swimming Instructor / Coach (from a recognized authority)
- Lifeguard certification (often mandatory)
- CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety training
- Basic knowledge of child development and physical education:
- Robust swimming skills in all basic strokes
- Prior experience teaching swimming to children (preferred or required)
- Experience working in a school or youth environment is an advantage
- Medical fitness certificate
- Background check / police verification
- Knowledge of school safety policies and child protection guidelines
- Ability to teach different age groups and skill levels:
- Classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to assess swimming ability and track progress
- Awareness of pool safety rules and emergency procedures
Pay: ₹13,503.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
