Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing two-wheeler customers
- Reminding customers about scheduled vehicle service
- Following up on pending and upcoming service appointments
- Updating customer interaction details accurately in records
- Coordinating with the service team when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Graduation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and customer handling
- Valuable communication skills in Telugu and Hindi
Skills Required
- Clear and polite telephone communication
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Basic computer knowledge
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in automotive or service reminder calling is an added advantage
Salary

- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
