Brixone Spaces is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to manage office-based sales support and operational activities. The role involves client engagement, lead generation, property listings, data management, and coordination with the sales team to ensure smooth business operations and an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls and digital communication to generate and qualify leads.
- Provide accurate and updated information regarding the Company’s property portfolio and offerings.
- Confirm inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain proper records of leads and client interactions.
- Maintain and update client databases, inventory records, and transaction documentation.
- List and update properties on the Company’s official website with accurate details, pricing,
specifications, and images.
- Promote property listings across social media and digital platforms to enhance visibility.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Comfortable communicating inGujarati.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms.
- Good organizational and data-handling skills.
